General Complaint Resources

E-ThePeople - Write a Letter -- Have a complaint? E The People gives you access to over 170,000 government officials in 9,800 towns and cities across the country. Your letter is entirely private, and will only be seen by your designated recipients.

The Federal Trade Commission offers a multi-purpose complaint form for filing complaints or comments about most consumer, business, or commerce-related issues.


Complaints by Type

Consumer Products -- Use this Online Consumer Product Incident Report form to report an unsafe product to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics -- Report complaints about foods, medicines, medical devices, blood products, vaccines, cosmetics, veterinary drugs, animal feed, and electronic products that emit radiation to the Food and Drug Administration.

Environmental Problems -- Report environmental violations to the Environmental Protection Agency.
